Tartan Plaid and Polka Dots

Today the weather took a turn for the worse and was on the colder, windier side.  I had been experimenting with different ideas for my plaid blazer and settled on layering it with a green and navy polka dot v neck sweater.  The outfit was comfortable for the weather and felt put together.
