Rain Rain Go Away

Today was a rainy cold day in Southern California.  I originally was going to wear jeans, but decided at the last minute to get a little more dressed up.  I decided on brown tweed pants with a maroon sweater, and nude heels.  The outfit felt put together for such a last minute outfit.  I got several compliments today on the outfit and was pretty happy with it.

Today I decided at the last minute to dress up rather than down and it paid off.  Do you ever have days when you get the urge to dress up?
