Today I woke up in a good mood. I hadn't really had a plan for what I wanted to wear today so I had to figure it out on the fly. I decided to build my outfit around my navy blue fan necklace. I used a basic navy crew neck and a hot pink pencil skirt to pull different colors out of the necklace and finished off with navy blue wedges. I loved the end result. It felt very fun, but also classy. What do you think about fringe necklaces? Are you a fan?
