Family Time

Today I had planned to attend the next day of the convention, but my parents were in town so I ended up going to lunch and drinks with my family instead.  I had already planned my outfit for the convention.  I had planned on wearing a green knit dress with neutral shoes and a dark green statement necklace.

Since my plans had changed, I went for a more casual outfit for lunch and drinks out with the family.  I decided to wear a black and white polka dot top with colored skinny jeans.  I added black wedges and a statement necklace that matched the jeans.  I mirrored the pattern of the polka dots with the shape of the necklace...round.  I liked the outfit and it was perfect for an afternoon out.  What would you wear for family time?
